“I liked this place when it was vet owned. I came back to rent here and found it'd been purchased by someone and is 100% unmanned. To speak to anyone, you have to call a call center. I'm in an older unit and though its climate controlled, its not as cool as the newer unit I'd been in before. They swapped out the larger trash bin for a smaller one that is locked. I can not add my own insurance either and am having to pay 12.00 extra. I emailed them about this last month and they said they'd reach out within 48 hours and I still have not heard back. Only pro is the price. Bring back the humans..”
