“They gave us a unit that didn’t lock, and instead of trying to help us they spoke to us like we were dumb and just didn’t know how to do it (which was not the case, it was broken). Then expected us to leave our items there with no lock on it, and then got rude and hung up on me when I said I wanted a refund..”
